Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Both plans include all superpowers, the rules engine, approval workflows, and full audit trail. The only difference is that Gmail and Google Drive on the Free plan work with personal @gmail.com accounts, while Pro unlocks Google Workspace support so your agents can work with @company.com accounts.
Can I try Pro before committing?
Yes — Pro comes with a free trial so you can test Google Workspace integration before paying.
What happens if I hit a rate limit?
Your agent receives a 429 response with a Retry-After header. The SDKs handle retries automatically with exponential backoff.
Do rate limits differ between Free and Pro?
No. Rate limits are the same for both plans. If you need higher limits, contact us to discuss a custom plan.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, you can switch at any time. If you move from monthly to annual, you'll receive a prorated credit for the remainder of your current billing period.
Is there a limit on the number of agents?
There's no hard limit on agents. The account-wide rate limits naturally cap total throughput, but you can distribute that across as many agents as you like.
